These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoalMaster website, mobile application, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service") provided by GoalMaster. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the GoalMaster Service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and any additional terms, conditions, or policies provided by us. If you are under the age of 18, you are not authorized to use the Service unless you have received consent from a parent or guardian.


2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When registering an account, you agree to:

  • If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.

  • Grant GoalMaster a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, distribute, and modify your User Content as part of the Service.
  • Agree not to submit any content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.


5. Payment and Fees

If applicable, certain features of the Service may require a payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the use of these features in accordance with the pricing and billing terms specified on the Service. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.


6. Termination and Suspension

GoalMaster reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe it is necessary for the protection of our Service or users. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked, and you must cease all use of the Service. All provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination, will continue in effect after termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoalMaster shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.


8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Poland. The arbitration shall take place in Warsaw, Poland, and the language of arbitration shall be Polish.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
